Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Sage Accounts, possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks and have a good telephone manner. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to various departments, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
Duties
- Sage Accounts essential, Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Scanning documents and filing
- Assist with Invoicing and customer calls
- Support team members with clerical duties .
- Ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Hands on approach and be able to work as part of a team with a friendly disposition.
Experience
- Previous Sage experience is essential. Please do not apply if you do not have this.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in data entry and clerical work is highly desirable.
- A background in using Sage financial is a must.
