Working Hours: 07.00- 18.00 (Some evening shifts my be required
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: Daytime shifts and evening shifts
About the Role
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Corporate Catering and Hospitality Assistant to join our hospitality team an support various corporate offices in central London. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys delivering impeccable service and thrives in a professional, client-focused environment.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring a five-star experience across hospitality services—from preparing and serving refreshments in meeting rooms to supporting evening events and maintaining communal tea point areas. You will be working as part of a friendly and collaborative team that values high standards, discretion, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service in meeting rooms, including beverages, sandwiches, buffets, and fine dining
- Support evening hospitality events as required
- Maintain and replenish tea point areas and vending machines
- Manage the closure of the coffee bar area daily
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
- Ensure every guest interaction reflects the 5-star standard expected
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and site-specific procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in hospitality, catering, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
