Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Contractors to join our team, delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning or janitorial experience, a strong eye for detail, and a pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work.
This is a flexible self-employed contractor role, suited to individuals with a strong work ethic who are committed to professional standards. Work will vary based on client demand, offering flexible hours with the opportunity to build regular, ongoing assignments.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any faults or damages
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy, organised, and presentable at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
- Flexibility to work during designated hours as required by the organisation
