This is a critical role that requires someone with proven a background in e-commerce and multi-channel marketing, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The role that requires someone with creative flare and the confidence to communicate new ideas and strategies. Excellent digital, web marketing and Shopify skills are required to promote our business and our brands professionally.
This role encompasses the management of 8 websites, each with unique branding, messaging and targets. The successful candidate must be able to adapt and prioritise the needs of each site within our portfolio, as well as successfully working alongside team members, creating a productive and positive working environment.
ABOUT YOU
This role requires flexibility, the ability to prioritise and be a proactive member of the team, while having the skills and ability to support with multiple marketing functions and e-commerce sites. Strong knowledge and experience of Shopify’s back-of-house system is critical, ensuring the continual improvement of our established B2B and D2C e-commerce sites.
We require someone able to deliver outcomes in line with our targets and our brands’ guidelines, while working closely with internal teams on marketing campaigns, product launches, website updates and training communications.
We’re seeking some capable of suggesting and implementing improvements, enhancing web interactivity, sales and user experience, while ensuring all other areas our marketing are cohesive, on brand and effective. We require a united and productive team approach with organised, productive and trackable workflow, using a strategic approach to support business sales and revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan, create, design and schedule all consumer-facing marketing campaigns across multiple skincare brands, including e-newsletters, promotional campaigns and seasonal, product launches, training updates and other marketing comms.
· Manage and maintain Shopify websites across multiple brands, including:
o Updating product information and descriptions
o Managing pricing and promotional offers
o Creating and updating homepage banners, hero images, campaign landing pages and other website content
· Manage the company's online training hub within Shopify, ensuring training content, resources and materials are accurate, organised and up to date.
· Coordinate and manage the training booking system, including creating training events, updating availability, maintaining booking information and supporting the promotion of upcoming training sessions.
· Manage wholesale pricing and promotions within SparkLayer, including:
o Updating B2B pricing and price lists
o Implementing promotional pricing and discounts
o Maintaining wholesale customer pricing to ensure accuracy across the platform
· Contribute to sales and marketing meetings providing ideas for marketing campaigns, socials, strategies, etc.
· Monitoring competitor activities.
SKILLS
· To have experience working with SparkLayer and custom code with a view to improving current code and writing new code as required.
· To be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and experience using tools including Canva, Photoshop etc.
· To understand CRM packages such as Dot Digital.
· To have experience with Google Ads and SEO, ensuring all websites are effective and compliant.
· To be confident preparing coherent marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools.
· To be able to manage content across multiple websites, representing multiple brands, working within their brand guidelines.
· To be able to understand and improve the customer journey with efficient and effective navigation.
· To have the ability to work quickly with great attention to detail.
· To be able to think ahead, but also able to react and respond to buying trends as they occur.
· Knowledge of or an interest in the health, beauty and wellbeing sector would be beneficial but not essential.
· To conduct yourself for the benefit of the business, our suppliers, our clients and in support of other team members.
· To represent our business and all of our brands professionally and appropriately.
· To be prepared to travel to meetings and industry events.
· To be prepared to carry out tasks outside of your immediate job description when required for the overall benefit of the business.
· Possess exceptional organisation, time management and communication skills.
