Group Executive Head Chef
Salary Range £55K-£60k Plus Bonus

Beach Street Restaurants is growing. We operate 6 quality restaurants & food led pubs across South East Kent, with a clear plan to grow to 10 venues and beyond.
We are looking for a Group Executive Head Chef to lead and shape our food operation.
You will be responsible for building a commercially disciplined food operation that delivers consistent quality, strong margins and scalable standards across our venues.
You will spend time in venues each week, working alongside teams, but this is not a relief chef role. Your job is to build systems, develop people and be the guardian of our kitchen's commercial performance.
Ideally you are already operating as a multi-site Executive Chef or Group Head Chef.
We will consider an exceptional Head Chef ready to step up, but you must be commercially sharp and comfortable owning performance across multiple sites.
You'll have these key skills, and you'll get to use them every single day
~ Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, ideally within multi-site or group operations.
~ Demonstrable success in delivering strong kitchen GP and labour control across one or more sites.
~ Strong leadership capability with a track record of recruiting, mentoring and developing senior chefs.
~ Confident in building and maintaining structured food systems including recipe management, costing accuracy and dish spec controls.
~ Proficient IT knowledge including EPOS reporting, digital supplier ordering platforms, recipe and stock systems, rota management and Microsoft Office.
~ Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.
~ Excellent track record of managing digital systems for food safety, hygiene, compliance and audit standards across multiple kitchens.
~ Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload across several sites.

- Salary circa £55,000
