**Freelance Fashion Tutor (Part-Time) – Brighton **
We are looking for a reliable and motivated freelance fashion tutor to join our Brighton-based fashion school.
We offer a creative and supportive studio environment, with a strong focus on maintaining professional standards, structure, and consistency in teaching.
**The Role:**
You will support students in developing their fashion skills through structured, hands-on guidance. A key part of the role is helping students understand what can realistically be achieved within set timeframes, while balancing when to step in and when to allow independent work.
You will also take responsibility for the smooth running of the studio during your sessions, including opening and closing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver clear, practical and engaging fashion tuition
* Help students stay focused and work effectively towards deadlines
* Encourage independence while providing guidance where needed
* Maintain a positive, focused and well-organised studio environment
* Open and close the studio independently when required
* Ensure the space is left clean, tidy and ready for use
**Essential Requirements:**
* A degree in Fashion or a related subject
* Some teaching, tutoring or mentoring experience
* Strong punctuality and time management
* Ability to take initiative and work independently
* Clear communication and a professional approach
* Reliable and consistent in attendance and performance
**Important:**
This is a creative studio environment, but it is first and foremost a teaching space. We are looking for someone who can maintain a friendly atmosphere while upholding clear expectations around professionalism, punctuality, and student support.
**Location:** Brighton
**Contract:** Freelance, part-time
**Pay:** per hour
**Start:** Immediate
Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
