Geolabs Limited provides soil, rock and aggregate laboratory testing to the construction industry and associated industries. We are looking for an experienced Stores Person who is organised and flexible to join our team. This is a key role within the operations of the Company.
- Booking in and sorting soil and rock samples from all over the world.
- Scanning and recording of all samples into stores storage system.
- Scanning and recording of all movement of samples around the laboratory to ensure that samples are tracked and traceability is maintained.
- Ensure all samples are disposed of as per the appropriate procedures and schedules.
- Keep stores areas in a clean and tidy state and ensure that the required procedures are adhered to.
- Flexible and willing to assist in other areas as required by the Company when necessary, including occasional driving collections.
Stores experience and good organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative. You should also be able to handle light lifting of samples and possess a full clean driving licence.
