Join Our Contract Monitoring Team

We're looking for a motivated and organised professional to support the monitoring of commissioned Adult Services and Public Health contracts.

You'll work across both service areas, helping to ensure contracts are effectively monitored, performance information is accurately reported, and providers comply with contractual requirements. Managing your own workload, you'll play a key role in meeting deadlines, maintaining high standards, and supporting the delivery of quality services across the borough.

Roles That Matter

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the Contract Monitoring Team, you'll help ensure commissioned Adult Services and Public Health contracts are effectively monitored, compliant, and delivering quality outcomes.

You'll support a wide range of contract monitoring activities, including:

Coordinating and maintaining contract monitoring systems, processes, and documentation.
Collecting, analysing, and reporting performance data using Power BI and other information sources.
Supporting annual contract review processes, including provider uplifts, benchmarking exercises, and monitoring visits.
Producing performance reports, KPI analysis, and management information to support informed decision-making.
Maintaining accurate contract records, monitoring schedules, action logs, and provider information.
Supporting due diligence activities and ensuring key information is accurately recorded and maintained.
Managing Freedom of Information (FOI) requests in line with statutory requirements and data protection legislation.
Working closely with colleagues, providers, and partners to gather, analyse, and share information that supports effective contract oversight.
Monitoring progress against contract monitoring programmes, ensuring activities are completed within agreed timescales.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of contract monitoring processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms.
Supporting audits, service reviews, and risk management activities across the department.
Keeping up to date with developments in Adult Services, Public Health, and relevant performance management frameworks

The balance between remote and office-based working is determined at service level based on operational need, however, there has been a minimum specification that staff will work at least 2 days from an office-based location.
