Summary
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Advisor to help generate new business opportunities for our growing solar installation company. Your role will focus on speaking with homeowners, qualifying interest in solar energy solutions, and booking appointments for our sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with telesales or customer service experience who enjoys speaking to people and earning commission based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Introduce homeowners to solar energy solutions and benefits
- Qualify leads and identify interested customers
- Book appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with previous enquiries and warm leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
- Meet weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
- Previous telesales, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in renewable energy or solar sales (Desirable)
