We’re hiring:Production Chef de Partie
We’re looking for a solid Production CDP who thrives on high-volume prep and batch production.
Walcot Group is a family of restaurants — Walcot House,Solina,Mother & Wild,Little Walcot and more. Each with its own flavour,all with the same goal:great food,great drink,great hospitality.
Based at Kitchen HQ,you’ll be working with top-quality ingredients,a proper bit of kit,and a team that’s got your back. This is a 100% production role with zero live service — one day you might be batch cooking sauces,the next handling prep or pastry — we like chefs who are flexible,curious,and up for learning.
What we’re after:Solid experience as a CDP in a busy kitchen or prep environment Calm under pressure,and happy to muck in A good eye for detail (but not a perfectionist to the point of madness) Pride in your food,your section,and your team
