Location: Altham, Lancashire (with travel as required)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm | Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Workshop Operative to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture a range of steel products using workshop machinery and equipment, including press brakes, drills, saws, lathes, and welding equipment.
- Assemble products and components, including wiring motors, fabricating steel assemblies, and preparing fitting kits.
- Produce bespoke solutions designed to enhance customers' independence and mobility.
- Design, fabricate, test, draw, and install vehicle-specific mounting brackets for seats and transfer boards.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and workplace safety at all times.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience designing and developing metal components.
- Be proficient in using CAD software.
- Be organised, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a strong understanding of workshop machinery, tools, equipment, and safe working practices.
- Demonstrate a commitment to health and safety standards.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
