Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Ensure all food safety standards are consistently maintained to guarantee quality and hygiene
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly service that encourages repeat visits
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals when needed
- Manage time effectively to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Operate serving equipment safely and efficiently, including espresso machines, blenders, and coffee grinders
- Support team members during peak hours by sharing responsibilities and maintaining a positive atmosphere
Qualifications
- Prior barista experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices to uphold health standards at all times
- Experience in serving customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
