Senior Therapeutic support worker.
Please note this is a full time role: 40hours per week or 40hours plus 1 sleep in shift per week.
Start time and 8/8:30am to 5:30pm Finish. Sleep in shifts 5:30/6pm Start Finishing 8-8:30am
Working every other weekend on a rotational basis.
We are currently recruiting for A Senior Therapeutic support worker for a stable supported living house operating for over 18 years with two residents.
Please note: There is no personal care involved and you will be based in one house for your shift not travelling around.

For this role a similar senior post experience is required along side the right value base - Loyalty and a willingness to learn.
Alongside support worker duties you will need to support the management with weekly behavioural reviews, signing off medication and finances, audits and signing off timesheets each month as well as staff competencies training and development.

Pay: £28,072.17-£34,842.02 per year
