Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Compositor / Retoucher to support on a fully AI generated product campaign. We need an individual with a sharp eye for detail, who can take raw AI output and make it hold together: consistent characters, consistent environments, and products that are accurate to spec.
We have an initial deadline of mid next week for this project - but further work is expected in the coming weeks and months for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Fix character consistency across a shot or campaign - faces, skin, proportions, wardrobe details that drift between AI generations
- Correct environments so lighting, perspective and set details stay consistent shot to shot
- Retouch products against real reference so they match actual packaging, colour and material
- Composite and clean up AI artefacts: warped hands, broken text, inconsistent shadows, texture noise
- Work from key frames and reference provided by our Art Director to keep everything on-brief
- Flag anything that can't realistically be fixed in post, early, rather than after several passes
Requirements
- Strong Photoshop compositing and retouching skills
- An eye trained on real photography, so you can spot exactly where an AI image breaks from reality
- Experience with AI-generated imagery specifically, or a fast ability to learn its failure points (hands, text, reflections, skin texture, edge blending)
- Product retouching experience — comfortable matching real-world reference precisely
- Comfortable working fast against tight turnarounds without dropping quality
Pay: £150.00-£250.00 per day
