We are currently recruiting for a 12D Traffic Management Operative to join our team working across the Bristol area. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, can work at pace, and takes pride in delivering safe, compliant traffic management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and remove traffic management systems
- Work on a range of temporary traffic management (TTM) schemes
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations
- Support the wider team to deliver works efficiently and on time
Requirements:
- Valid 12D qualification (M1, M2, M3, M5)
- Previous experience in traffic management (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Full UK driving licence desirable (not essential)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 06:30 – 16:30
- Weekend work maybe required on a rota schedule
