Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team in providing exceptional service within our restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests.Duties:- Greet customers warmly and assist with seating arrangements- Present menus and provide detailed information when requested- Take customer orders accurately and relay to the kitchen staff promptly- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal- Handle payments and operate the cash register efficiently- Assist with food preparation and catering tasks as needed- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standardsRequirements:- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry- Knowledge of bartending procedures is advantageous- Familiarity with food safety regulations- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills and a team player mentality- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidaysThis position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service in a dynamic restaurant environment.
