Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail services and colours
- Ensure client satisfaction through attentive service and professional communication
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail industry
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow
- Promote retail products and additional services to enhance client experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon environment
- Skills in makeup application are desirable but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
