Internal Sales Administrator – ISIS Steam
ISIS Steam is a division of ISIS Fluid Control ltd and is the UK partner of Valsteam Adca, a leading global supplier of high quality steam and process valves and systems. We have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing team as an Internal Sales Administrator, with an ideal starting date in September this year.
As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting customers by handling enquiries and processing orders efficiently across the business.
You will be responsible for developing new and existing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers.
- Assist with administration duties and maintain accurate records.
- Support the wider sales team with day-to-day activities.
No previous experience is necessarily required; we are looking for somebody who has the right attitude to learn and develop within the role.
