We are looking to recruit a pro-active caretaker for a block of residential flats in the city centre. The role involves carrying out general maintenance of the property and supervising external contractors. The ideal candidate will have some general maintenance experience and good customer service skills.
Hours: 8am to 12 Noon, Wednesday to Friday (12hrs)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
