The Opportunity
We are seeking a polished, professional, and service-driven Reception & Administration Coordinator to join our front-of-house team. This is a key role at the heart of the clinic, where you will act as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and clinicians, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience that reflects our high standards of care and service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional healthcare environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in healthcare, hospitality, hotels, airlines, luxury retail, or customer service. Full training will be provided. We are looking for team players who take pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards.
Working Hours
40 hours per week.
- Tuesday–Thursday: 10:00-19:00
- Fridays: 09:00-18:00
- Saturdays: 07:30–16:30
A one-hour unpaid lunch break is included in each shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service to all patients, visitors, and clinicians
- Manage appointments, incoming calls, and emails with efficiency and accuracy
- Register new patients and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Provide administrative support to clinicians and process payments efficiently
- Respond calmly and professionally to urgent consultation requests
- Ensure patient records and administrative processes are maintained to a high standard
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient patient journey throughout the clinic
