Service Technician – Gym Equipment Repair & Maintenance

Fitness Fix is a growing gym equipment repair and maintenance company providing professional servicing, repairs, and cable replacements to commercial gyms, fitness centres, hotels, schools, and private clients across Essex and the South East.
We are looking for a reliable and practical Service Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
● Service and repair a wide range of gym equipment
● Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults
● Replace damaged cables, belts, bearings, and other components
● Carry out preventative maintenance visits
● Complete service reports and communicate with customers professionally
● Manage van stock and maintain tools and equipment
Requirements
● Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
● Experience with gym equipment, mechanical repairs, engineering, or maintenance work preferred
● Full UK driving licence
● Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
● Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
● Basic computer and smartphone skills
Desirable
● Previous experience servicing gym equipment
● Electrical fault-finding experience
● Engineering or maintenance qualifications
