With our growth plans, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Panel Wirer to join our UK Manufacturing team.
About the Role
The position is responsible for assembling electrical components and wiring electrical control panels on TNA products in accordance with electrical drawings and other written and verbal specifications to a high level of accuracy and with minimal errors. The role is responsible for completing all electrical operations in line with all safety measures and for preparing the equipment for minimal errors during test.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Build and wire of control panels from schematic drawings
- Terminate cables, cords and accessories for low voltage circuits.
- Interpret complex electrical diagrams and schematics as required.
- Work within health and safety guidelines
Skills, Qualifications and experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or equivalent
- 2-3 years of panel building and wiring in an industrial setting.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and industrial schematics.
- Able to meet deadlines, work well as a team and show good attention to detail.
