All Custom Roofing Ltd is looking for a motivated, confident and driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team.
The role will focus on generating new roofing work, managing incoming leads and actively finding new customers through door-to-door canvassing and local prospecting.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Following up and dealing with leads supplied by All Custom Roofing Ltd.
- Door-to-door canvassing in targeted areas.
- Identifying properties that may require roofing work.
- Speaking professionally with homeowners and introducing our roofing services.
- Arranging appointments and surveys for potential customers.
- Following up prospective customers and outstanding quotations.
- Building your own pipeline of roofing opportunities.
- Keeping accurate records of leads, appointments and potential jobs.
- Working closely with the roofing and management teams to turn enquiries into confirmed work.
- Representing All Custom Roofing Ltd professionally at all times.
Pay & Commission
The position pays £120 per working day, paid weekly, plus a performance-based commission structure.
The more profitable work you generate for the company, the greater your earning potential.
Commission will be paid on successfully secured jobs generated by the salesperson, with an increased commission structure available for strong performers who consistently bring new work into the company.
There is no limit on earning potential through commission for the right person.
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who is:
- Confident speaking to customers face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and canvassing.
- Self-motivated and hungry to generate business.
- Professional, reliable and presentable.
- Able to work independently.
- Target-driven and motivated by commission.
- Experienced in roofing, construction, home improvements or direct sales would be an advantage.
