About the Role
We are a e-commerce business based in Letchworth Garden City looking for a reliable and accurate Packing Operative to join our team on a full time permanent basis.
You'll be responsible for picking and packing customer orders ready for despatch, making sure every order leaves us correctly and on time. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment perfect for someone who takes pride in doing a job properly.
What You'll Be Doing
— Picking and packing customer orders accurately
— Checking orders against despatch notes
— Preparing parcels for courier collection
— Keeping the packing area tidy and organised
— Flagging any stock or despatch discrepancies
What We're Looking For
— Reliable and punctual — this is non-negotiable
— Strong attention to detail
— Able to work at pace without cutting corners
— Previous warehouse, packing or fulfilment experience preferred but not essential
— Positive, hardworking attitude
