An opportunity has arisen for a competent bar supervisor in this supremely busy pub, restaurant and hotel as we continue to build a strong team.
Having been open since 2017 The Devonshire Arms continues to grow from strength-to-strength; recently awarded AA Five Star Accommodation and 1 AA rosette in the restaurant, this position is one for an experienced bar tender who has experience with coffee & cocktails.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the team on the bar on a day-to-day basis
- Cashing up/opening-up and locking-up the business
- Ensuring that the highest standards of customer satisfaction are met
- Ensuring that our business remains in pristine condition for all who use it
