Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel at home from the moment they walk in
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and specialty drinks
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and ensure safe service practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Experience with serving customers in a fast-paced environment with a friendly attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
