For over 20 years, Hutton Care Partnership has been supporting young people across Sheffield to develop confidence, independence and the skills they need to thrive as adults. As our service continues to grow, we're looking for passionate and experienced Bank Support Workers to join our team and provide flexible cover for annual leave, staff absence and additional service needs.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people aged 16-25, including care leavers and Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Young People, helping them successfully navigate their journey towards independent living.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Bank Support Worker, you'll play an important role in supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes by:
✅ Providing flexible support and cover across our established services
✅ Building positive, trusting relationships with young people aged 16-25
✅ Supporting young people to develop essential life skills, independence and tenancy readiness
✅ Encouraging engagement in education, employment and training opportunities
✅ Promoting participation in positive activities within the home and local community
✅ Working alongside partner agencies and professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes
✅ Helping create a safe, supportive and nurturing environment where young people can flourish
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who:
- Have experience working with young people in the UK
- Can engage, motivate and build positive relationships
- Are compassionate, resilient and reliable
- Have a genuine passion for improving outcomes for young people
- Are flexible and able to work on a relief/bank basis
Safer Recruitment
