What you’ll be doing:
- Driving HGV Class 1 or Class 2 vehicles on planned routes between hubs
- Ensuring freight is loaded and secured safely, with occasional unloading
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Using scanners and completing paperwork accurately
- Maintaining clear communication with the transport office and adhering to all compliance requirements
- Keeping vehicles clean and reporting any issues promptly
What we need from you:
- Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Good understanding of drivers’ hours and compliance regulations
- Reliable, professional approach with strong communication skills
