Role - Male Support worker - Learning Disabilities and Autism
Hours -Candidates must be flexible to work between the hours of 8pm and 8am inclusive of some weekends

About the service: Lucentio House is a supported living service for Adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Burrow Down Support Services. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life through personalised care.
Responsibilities
· Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
· Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
· Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
· Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive interactions.
· Assist with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
· Maintain accurate records of client progress and care plans.
· Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to care.
