Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to support the wider event team in ensuring the successful delivery of events.
The Venue Support Team plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, well-stocked and fully prepared venue to ensure all events are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
As a member of the Venue Support Team, you will provide practical support to the event Operations Team by assisting with venue setup, pack-down (de-rig), and other operational tasks essential to the successful execution of events.
Responsibilities
- The Venue Support Team is responsible for hands-on assisting the Operations Team with the day-to-day operational requirements of each event, including but not limited to the following:
- Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the venue at all times.
- Clean and prepare the venue before and after events, as well as ensuring excellent housekeeping standards are maintained during non-event days.
- Assist with the delivery, organisation, setup, and dismantling of event equipment and furniture, including tables, chairs, and other event-related items.
- Regularly inspect, replenish, and maintain restroom facilities to ensure they remain clean, fully stocked, and presentable.
- Carry out additional operational duties as assigned by the Operations Team or other members of the Management Team, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the venue.
- Comply with all One Events policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as required
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering hands on support
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when necessary
40 hours a week – generally 8 hours plus one hour lunch break per day over a 5-day period between Monday and Sunday.

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
