Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to provide community-based care and support to our clients in their own homes.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering personalised care, promoting independence, and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity within their home environment.
- Follow individualised care plans to ensure all specific needs are met effectively.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a trusting relationship.
- Accurately document care provided and report any concerns or changes in clients' conditions to the Registered Manager.
- Assist with light domestic tasks, including cleaning and organising the home environment.
Skills
- Experience in providing home care services is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to implement them effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to liaise confidently with clients and care teams.
- Good IT skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring, empathetic approach towards clients' needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism at all times.
Pay: £12.90 per hour
