Female Support Workers / Complex Care Assistants (Days & Waking Nights)
Pay: £20.00ph - £22.00ph DOE
Location: Marlborough, Wiltshire
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Female Support Workers to join our team, supporting a lady with a spinal cord injury and a tracheostomy in her own home.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred care, helping our client live independently while supporting her with daily routines, community outings, and activities she enjoys – including taking her dogs for walks. We are looking for carers who are friendly, outgoing, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
Shift Patterns
- Day Shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm (2:1 support)
- Waking Night Shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am (1:1 support)
Essential Requirements
- Female
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in complex care
- Confident supporting clients with:
- Spinal cord injuries
- Autonomic dysreflexia
- Tracheostomy care
- Suprapubic catheter care
- Medication administration
