We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Our Mother of Mercy Nursing Home, Newry as Day Nurse for 31.5 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the Manager
- Provide direct patient care and emotional support
- Collaborate with the Manager and Deputy Manager to deliver individualised care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
- Proven experience in medication administration and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
