Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Excel, and adobe
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping activities
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
- Provide general administrative support to team members and management as needed
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, organised, and welcoming for visitors and staff
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), and QuickBooks
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated experience in clerical work or administrative support roles
- Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
