Responsibilities
- Provide professional sports massage therapy sessions customised to each client’s needs and goals
- Assess clients’ physical condition and develop personalised treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and progress notes
- Educate clients on injury prevention, recovery techniques, and self-care practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients

We are looking for a Part time self-employed, qualified and Sports Massage Therapist to join our small friendly team. You’ll help clients with injury recovery, pain management, movement, posture and rehabilitation.
About the Role -
As a Sports Masueuse, you’ll play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of MSK conditions. You’ll support clients from their first session through short/long- term recovery and prevention, combining manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and education within a supportive, wellness-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Diagnosis
★ Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to identify musculoskeletal conditions and disorders.
★ Formulate clinical diagnoses and determine effective treatment strategies.
★ Develop and implement treatment plans.
★ Deliver hands-on therapy, soft tissue techniques, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation
Education & Empowerment
★ Provide clear, compassionate explanations of conditions and treatment options.
★ Promote self-management and long-term lifestyle strategies that enhance recovery .
Essential Skills & Experience
★ Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience as Sports massage Therapist
★ Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and manual therapy skills.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and musculo-skeletal problems
★ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
★ Confidence in managing treatment plans.
★ Commitment to professionalism, ongoing professional development. clinical governance, and high-quality care.
