Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Handy Person / Multi Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set encompassing various maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities, with responsibilities spanning electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general handyman duties. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership qualities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to supervise and guide junior team members when required. Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks across multiple disciplines including electrical and plumbing.
- Carry out repairs or installations accurately.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and issues encountered for future reference.
- Assist with installation of new equipment or systems as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during work activities.
Hands-on
- Electrical experience including troubleshooting electrical faults is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English are necessary for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
Pay: £150.00-£180.00 per day
