We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Shop Manager to join our new store in the University of Salford!
No previous management experience? No problem – full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hands on involvement in the smooth running of two shops.
- Leading, training, and motivating the team
- Managing staffing rotas and day-to-day operations
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies
- Ensuring high standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and customer service
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting sales growth and business performance
- Managing budgets, reports, and operational targets
- Driving a positive and productive working environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management or supervisory experience within hospitality, retail, or food service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing targets and budgets
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Food hygiene certification preferred
