An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading provider of property maintenance and regeneration services. Working within the Planned Works division, you'll play a key role in delivering refurbishment and improvement programmes across residential properties, ensuring commercial performance while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Manage the commercial performance of Planned Works contracts from inception through to final account.

Prepare, submit and agree valuations, applications for payment and final accounts.

Monitor project costs, budgets and forecasts to maximise profitability.

Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including valuations and payments.

Identify, manage and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities.

Produce accurate cost reports and commercial forecasts.

Work closely with Operational Managers and Site Teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Support contract delivery by providing commercial advice and guidance.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
We're looking for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience delivering Planned Works or refurbishment projects.
You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within Planned Works, Social Housing, Refurbishment or Construction.

Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.

Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Experience managing subcontractor procurement and accounts.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

A proactive approach with excellent communication abilities.

Full UK Driving Licence.
