As a Ride Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests as they experience our thrilling rides. You will be responsible for managing ride operations, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires a friendly disposition and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently while prioritising guest safety. You must be over 18 to apply for this position !
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor rides, ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Assist guests in boarding and disembarking from rides, providing clear instructions and support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the ride area to enhance the guest experience.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive interaction.
- Manage ride queues effectively, ensuring that guests are informed about wait times and ride procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of rides and adherence to safety regulations.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues immediately.

Please note : This is a temporary position and you must be able to work any days between Monday-Sunday during the summer holiday.
Location is not directly accessible by public transport therefore own transport is essential.
