Responsibilities
- Serve drinks efficiently and accurately, ensuring each guest receives prompt and friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness of the club, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle card transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout your shift
- Engage with guests in a lively, positive manner to enhance their overall experience
- Follow all health and safety procedures related to food safety, alcohol service, and hygiene standards
- Check members in for activities, book activities. Answer membership queries from current members or walk ins
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and members
- Over 18 to serve alcohol
- Own transport due to location and times
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
