Warehouse Operative (FLT Reach & Counterbalance) – Late Shift
Location: Luton, Dunstable
Hours: Late Shift - 2PM -10PM - Monday to Friday
Pay: Starting from £14.60 per hour, increasing to £15.10 per hour after qualifying for Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) pay.
Contract: Ongoing Temporary with the Opportunity to Become Permanent
Start Date: Beginning of September
We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives with both FLT Reach Truck and FLT Counterbalance licences to join our client's busy warehouse team on an ongoing temporary-to-permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Order picking
- Operating FLT Reach Truck and Counterbalance trucks
- Pallet put-away
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Maintaining warehouse housekeeping and hygiene standards
- Carrying out other warehouse duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold valid FLT Reach Truck and FLT Counterbalance licences
- Be able to commit to the late shift of 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Be comfortable with manual handling, including lifting bags weighing up to 25kg
- Have a positive attitude and be able to work efficiently as part of a team
- Be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high safety standards
