Lympstone Preschool is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team.
We are a small charity-run preschool, led by a committee and rooted in our local community. * Enjoys working as part of a team
* Is kind, reliable and caring towards young children
* Can build good relationships with children, parents and staff
* Has good communication skills
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
In this role you will:
* Support children’s learning and development through play
* Help create a safe, fun and nurturing environment
* Assist with daily routines and activities
* Work alongside experienced early years practitioners
* Complete coursework and training as part of your apprenticeship at Exeter College
We can offer:
* A welcoming, experienced and supportive team who will guide you throughout your qualification
* Valuable hands-on experience in early years education
* Training and development opportunities
* A warm, community-focused preschool environment
* Opportunities for future career progression within the setting once your qualification is achieved
