Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Operations Leadership: Oversee daily commercial operations and ensure teams are working efficiently, meeting targets, and supporting business objectives.
Process Improvement: Review current workflows, identify operational gaps, and introduce practical improvements that increase productivity and service quality.
Team Management: Lead, support, and develop managers and team members across commercial and operational functions.
Client and Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and high satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare reports, analyse performance trends, and recommend actions to improve commercial results.
Budget and Resource Planning: Support financial planning, cost control, forecasting, and effective allocation of people and resources.
Strategic Support: Work with senior leadership to develop operational strategies that support growth, profitability, and long term business stability.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years of experience in commercial operations, business services, client services, or a similar leadership role.
Leadership Background: Proven experience managing teams, improving performance, and supporting managers or department leads.
Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of business performance, service delivery, cost control, and operational planning.
Communication Skills: Confident working with senior leaders, clients, and internal teams. You can explain business decisions clearly and professionally.
Problem Solving: Able to identify issues quickly, make practical decisions, and implement solutions that improve results.
Organisation: Strong planning, reporting, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple business areas at once.
Mindset: You are proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable taking responsibility for both people and performance.
Pay: £42,640.45-£91,966.18 per year
