The position of Facialist + Skin Coach is based at our Harvey Nichols Treatment Room + Flagship Clinic in Soho.

SKINWORK Facialists deliver the highest standard of professional skin care treatments and advice, giving clients the best service and growing your business.
SKIN COACH / FACIALIST JOB SPECIFICATION
- Delivering SKINWORK treatments and skin consultations to the highest standard
- Focused on developing a regular clientele
- Ensuring clients achieve optimum skin results through your personalised homecare recommendations
- Achieving your business KPIs, specifically in terms of rebookings, retail percentage, average client revenue
- Following all SKINWORK team operational protocols with care and attention to detail
- Helping to grow the SKINWORK business overall through implementing marketing initiatives as directed
- Ensuring skin care and industry knowledge up to date as per provided skin care and industry information
- A positive attitude, inspiring all team members to maintain high standards and maximise revenues by doing so yourself
- Full time position over four days per week
Qualifications:
- Beauty Therapy Qualification at least NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
Experience:
- Clinic / Retail / Spa or brand background
- Experienced Facialist or Beauty Therapist specialising in facial treatments.
- Retail focussed therapist with proven results
- 3+ years industry experience

Pay: £25,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
