We complete thousands of jobs every month for residential customers and well-known commercial clients, operating 24/7, 365 days a year. Our focus is on reactive maintenance, remedial works, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
The Role
You’ll be carrying out a wide range of HVAC services, including:
- Air conditioning fault finding, repairs, and installations
- Heat pump diagnostics, repairs, and installations
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Commercial and domestic refrigeration servicing and repair
You’ll receive a steady flow of confirmed bookings and be responsible for managing your own workload using our bespoke software.
Clear communication with customers is essential—you’ll be expected to explain work confidently, provide reassurance, and accurately quote for remedial works when required.
You’ll also be supported by a dedicated Field-Based Technical Manager, who will provide guidance and assist with more complex jobs.
Location & Working Pattern
- Work allocated within your local area where possible
- Travel required across London and the M25 when needed
- Minimum availability: 40 hours per week
- Participation in a rotational evening and weekend on-call schedule
About You
- Proven experience in HVAC / Air Conditioning
- F-Gas certified (essential)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Confident in quoting and recommending remedial work
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Own hand tools (specialist equipment provided)
Plumbing knowledge is desirable but not essential.
