VSPG Housing are looking for a professional individual to join a growing team of tradespeople carrying out reactive, void, and planned repairs for social landlords. The role would suit a driven individual looking to grow with the company.

Duties to include: Preparing properties for paint, decorating walls, ceilings, and woodwork to a high standard. To provide a high quality finish and ensure customer satisfaction. Spraying experience an advantage. 5 day working week.

What we ask of you:
- Minimum of level NVQ level 2 in an associated building trade or to be able to demonstrate competence through experience.
- A full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of customer care
- A proficient level of health and safety awareness and working knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will sometimes be working within vulnerable settings
