An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team at our Walton branch, on a 32 hour per week contract, covering the following shift pattern:
Monday 14:00 to 18:00
Tuesday 09:00 to 18:00
Wednesday 09:00 to 18:00
Thursday 09:00 to 18:00
Friday Off
Saturday 09:00 to 13:00

Our Dispensing Assistants are required to participate in the whole dispensing process from beginning to end. The role will also involve establishing and developing long term relationships with customers ensuring to always deliver courteous and effective customer service. You will be required to complete several key tasks to support the running of the pharmacy such as the management of the pharmaceutical stock and equipment and the administration of receiving, storing, maintaining, and issuing medication.
You may be required to deliver healthcare advice and signpost customers where necessary.

Personal specification – Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following:
- NVQ2 in Dispensing is preferred but not essential.
- Experience of working in a community Pharmacy environment.
- Dynamic and extremely organised, good attention to detail and high levels of concentration.
- Dedicated to the customer experience and customer care.
- High levels of literacy and numeracy are essential.

Pay: From £12.91 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Walton-on-the-Naze CO14 8BB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- UK Community Pharmacy: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ2 in Dispensing (preferred)
Work authorisation:
