About Us:
We are recruiting Customer Team Members for our busy Nisa Local convenience stores in Fallin, Cowie and Stirling University. This is a great opportunity for reliable, friendly and hardworking people to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will be part of a local store team serving customers, keeping the shop well stocked and helping maintain high standards throughout the day.
The Role:
As a Customer Team Member, you will be responsible for serving customers, handling payments, replenishing stock, maintaining store standards and supporting the day-to-day running of the store.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, can stay calm during busy periods and takes pride in doing the job properly.
Main Duties Include:
Serving customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
Operating the till and handling cash/card payments accurately.
Replenishing shelves and rotating stock.
Checking dates and helping reduce waste.
Keeping the store clean, tidy and well presented.
Assisting with deliveries and stock movement.
Following company procedures, including age-restricted sales.
Supporting other team members and managers when needed.
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for someone reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
You should have good customer service skills, a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team. Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Applicants must be comfortable working in a busy convenience store environment and may be required to work evenings and weekends depending on store needs.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Honest, reliable and hardworking.
Able to follow instructions and store procedures.
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends where required.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
