Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and summarising medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organisational standards. Responsibilities
- Review and interpret medical records, reports, and documentation with precision.
- Summarise complex medical information into clear, concise reports for internal use.
- Utilise computer skills to input data accurately into relevant systems.
- Apply SQL and Microsoft Excel tools to organise, analyse, and manage data effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members to ensure accurate documentation.
- Organise workload efficiently to meet deadlines whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
- Support quality assurance processes by reviewing summaries for consistency and accuracy.
Skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SQL for data management and analysis purposes.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret complex medical information accurately.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Customer service orientation with a professional approach when liaising with healthcare professionals.
