Carworld Car Supermarket are hiring an experienced PDI Technician!
The PDI Technician will operate as part of the workshop team and will take responsibility for completing a range of tasks as assigned and in line with the job role and the company's policy and procedures.
The successful candidate will be mechanically minded with the ability to work in a fast paced environment a part of a team.
Great pay, with salary dependent on experience.
Duties may include:
- Diagnose and find faults amongst a wide variety of vehicles
- Complete vehicle safety inspections to the highest standard
- Follow the PDI process and procedure
- Validate any rework of identified defects or uncompleted work after correction
- Identify root causes of any relevant issues and communicate with other departments, to prevent re-occurrence
- Test drive cars to ensure there are no faults left on the vehicle
